Terms of service

1. Who we are

Doom Scroller is a Personal Brand Operating Strategy brand.

We're based in NSW, Australia. In this page, "we", "us" and "our" means Doom Scroller.

2. What you're buying

Digital products: single packs, bundles and the Entire Library. Each one is a private Notion page with examples linked to the original videos. You don't need a Notion account to open it. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Customers in Australia are charged in Australian dollars (AUD), and those prices include GST.
  • If you choose another currency, the price is converted at checkout using current exchange rates. Your bank may add its own fees.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Bundle and Entire Library prices are already discounted. Other discount codes can't be added on top unless we say so.
  • Prices can change, but never for an order you've already paid for.

4. Delivery and access

Your access link appears on your order confirmation page the moment your payment goes through, and a copy is sent to the email address you check out with. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then message us on Instagram or email joseph@pbos.com.au.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Doom Scroller runs that product. If we ever retire a product, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save what you need.

5. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the product in your own content and your own business, including commercial content. You can't:

  • Resell, share or give away the product or your access link.
  • Copy the product into another product, course or resource.
  • Post the product's pages publicly.

If you share your access link, we may reset it. If we do, we'll send you a fresh link.

6. Refunds and your consumer rights

Because you get instant access to digital content, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

You're entitled to a remedy, which may be a refund, if a product has a major problem, isn't as described or you can't access it and we can't fix that within a reasonable time. Message us on Instagram or email joseph@pbos.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. No guaranteed results

Our products show you proven structures, but we don't guarantee views, followers, leads, income or sales. Results depend on how you use them and many things we can't control. This content is general information only and is not financial, legal or professional advice.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes to products

We keep improving our products and may add, update or reorganise content. We won't remove the core of what you paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
